Just thought I'd share that I studied for and failed the Certified System Administrator exam. I studied the blueprint and took the online course directly from ServiceNow but I was under prepared on the day. I had too many questions where the answer varied by one letter that I think I've gone the wrong route. I'm going to take two weeks to dust myself off and go again.
